In 2019, our Bermudagrass was installed on 106 acres of Kapalua in preparation for the 2020 PGA championship tournament.
These two seaside courses designed by Arnold Palmer and George Fazio were renovated in the early 2000s with our Paspalum sod.
Southern Turf Hawaii supplied the original turfgrass for these two championship courses. In 2022 they used our Platinum TE for their greens.
We installed over 1.5 acres of Bermudagrass at the King Kamehameha golf course. Originally established in 1991, it needed renovations due to environmental conditions.
We recently replaced the original Bermudagrass greens at the Mililani Golf Club with our Paspalum sprigs to enhance this course.
From the original installation in the early 2000s to recent renovations, Southern Turf provided turfgrass for the greens at Nanea Golf Course.
Between 2018-2019, we provided our Celebration Bermudagrass to renovate the Oahu Country Club Golf Course driving range.
We have provided over 25 years of ongoing support and maintenance for the home course for the annual Sony Open golf tournament.
Southern Turf Hawaii outfitted the five-star Makena Golf Course with wall–to–wall paspalum turfgrass.
